Small Business Marketing Leadership
You didn't start your business to become a marketer.
You started it because you believe in something — a product, a craft, a community, an idea worth building. Marketing is the thing that always gets pushed to tomorrow.
We're here to take it off your plate entirely: leading the strategy, handling the execution, and making sure the story your business tells is worthy of the work you've put in.
Most marketing advice isn't built for a business like yours.
It's built for a company with a marketing department. A team to implement. A budget with room to experiment. A calendar someone else manages.
You have none of that — and you shouldn't have to. You have a business to run, customers to serve, and maybe a handful of hours a week, if you're lucky, to think about anything else.
The advice that tells you to "post more consistently" or "build your funnel" isn't wrong exactly. It just assumes you have time, inclination, and a team standing by. Most small business owners have none of those things — and more than a few are quietly suspicious that most marketing is manipulative anyway.
That suspicion isn't unfounded. A lot of it is.
What you need isn't more advice. It's someone you can trust to lead — who understands your business, knows your community, and will tell you the honest truth about what works and why.
Thirty years of understanding what moves people.
Before working in marketing strategy, I spent fifteen years as a college educator and twenty-five years as a theatre artist.
What that background gives me isn't a methodology. It's a deep, practitioner's understanding of how humans actually receive information, build trust, and decide to act.
I know what people need to hear before they can believe something. I know the difference between a story that resonates and one that falls flat.
I know — from standing in front of classrooms and audiences for four decades — that you cannot manipulate someone into genuine loyalty. You can only earn it.
That's the foundation every strategy I build is resting on.
